Culture advice:
These varieties are ideal for shady areas and enjoy partial sun exposure. They thrive in cool, moist soils and don't need strong light to produce a bountiful harvest. Perfect for partial shade gardens or cooler corners of the garden.
Good to know:
Varieties such as the Carentan Leek and the Detroit Beet are particularly resistant and suited to less luminous growing conditions.
In the event of a stock shortage, La Ferme de Sainte Marthe may replace one of the references cited with an equivalent variety that is relevant to the theme.
