Bread filled with wild garlic pesto and Jura tomme cheese
Ingredients (for 4/6 people) 100 g wild garlic leaves - 50 ml olive oil - 1 good pinch of salt - 1 round country loaf - 200 g Tomme du Jura Preparation time: 20 min Level: easy Cost: economical 1. Wash and dry the wild garlic thoroughly. Blend it with the olive oil and salt until you get a pesto. Set aside. 2. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cut the bread in a crisscross pattern with a knife (3 cm x 3 cm), leaving 2/3 cm of the base, so that it still holds together properly. 3. Cut 2/3 of the Tomme du Jura into thin slices of 3 cm by 3 cm. Slide them into the slits of the bread. Do the same with the wild garlic pesto, using a teaspoon. Grate the remaining cheese and arrange it on the bread. 4. Bake for 20 minutes, until the bread is golden. Place it on a wooden board and serve as an aperitif, with a good red wine.
