Pak choi with Asian flavors
A simple, healthy and balanced recipe with delicious Asian flavors. Ingredients: 300g brown rice, dehydrated Morga broth, pak choy cabbage, 500g mushrooms, turmeric root, fresh ginger, 3 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp soy sauce, fresh coriander, white and black sesame seeds. Cook 300g brown rice for 35-40 minutes in 70cl of water - I add dehydrated Morga broth (gluten-free). Clean the Pak choy, cut the leaves on one side and the stems on the other. Steam the stems for a good 5 minutes. In a wok, heat sesame oil, add 500g sliced mushrooms. Simmer for a few moments and add the pak choy stems and leaves, a turmeric root (or powder), and a piece of ginger, grated every 2. Pour in 3 tablespoons of mirin and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and simmer gently. Towards the end of cooking, add the rice and fresh coriander (amount according to your taste).
