Pavlova

Delicious pavlova with seasonal fruits. Ingredients: 4 eggs 200g cane sugar vanilla extract cornstarch white vinegar crème fraîche seasonal fruits (raspberries, currants ...) Beat 4 farm egg whites with a pinch of salt. When the whites begin to rise well, add a spoonful of 200g cane sugar. Add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, a few drops of vanilla extract, 4 teaspoons of cornstarch. Heat the oven to 120°C. Line a baking sheet and stack the egg white mixture, making a slight hollow towards the center. Bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes. Remove and let cool.
