Basil pesto

Ingredients: - 35 basil leaves - 6 garlic cloves - 220 ml olive oil - 150 g pine nuts - 150 g grated parmesan cheese - salt and pepper Lightly toast the pine nuts in a pan. Blend the pine nuts and parmesan cheese, then add the basil and garlic cloves, blend again. Drizzle in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. The pesto is ready.
