Red Meat Radish Salad
Ingredients for two people 200 g lamb's lettuce - 2 'Red meat' radishes - 30 g black radish - a handful of sprouted seeds - 50 g Savoie (or Comté) cheese - 20 g hazelnuts - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (with wasabi for me) - 3 tablespoons lemon juice - 7 tablespoons sesame oil - 1 teaspoon mustard - a pinch of salt. Preparation time: 20 min - Level: easy - Cost: economical 1. Sort, wash and dry the lamb's lettuce thoroughly. 2. Wash, brush and dry the Red meat radishes. Slice them finely with a mandolin. 3. Peel the piece of black radish and also pass it through the mandolin. 4. Crush the hazelnuts and toast them over low heat for 3/4 minutes in a small frying pan. 5. Mix the lemon juice, sesame oil, mustard, and salt in a bowl. 6. Place the lamb's lettuce, radishes, hazelnuts, sprouted seeds, sesame seeds, and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Mix well and serve with slices of toast. Recipe by Linda Louis of Cuisine Campagne. See Linda Louis's blog, Cuisine Campagne
