Agastache rugosa
Agastache rugosa , also known as Korean mint , was first introduced to Europe as a honey plant. It quickly became a condiment and medicinal plant whose anise-flavored leaves are used to flavor raw vegetables , salads , cakes , but also herbal teas , tea , and fish sauces . Agastache has many virtues : anti-inflammatory , expectorant , antispasmodic and calming .
Sowing
Sowing : from February to April in peat pots , transplant in place when the plants measure approximately 10 to 12 cm in humus- rich soil, in a sunny and warm location, spaced 50 cm apart in all directions.
