The combination of these 3 sprouted seeds offers you an exceptional cocktail of vitamins, minerals and amino acids in perfect synergy. It contains practically all the vitamins and the 8 essential amino acids. These organic sprouted seeds contain 60% alfalfa, 20% clover, 20% radish. Sprouted alfalfa is extremely rich in proteins, mineral salts such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus, and are also an incredible source of vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, D and E. Sprouted clover is rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E and minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc. Nutritious, it stimulates the immune system. Sprouted daikon radish is rich in vitamins B, C as well as iodine, magnesium and sulfur. Excellent liver drainer, it is recommended for intestinal fermentation, hepatism and slow digestion. Use: Soaking time: 6 to 10 hours Germination time: 3 to 4 days The consumption of sprouted seeds brings several benefits for nutrition: micronutrients, enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
