La Ferme de Sainte Marthe has selected perennial vegetable seeds for you to create a sustainable vegetable garden.
Perpetual vegetables are perennial plants that will grow in your garden for several years, requiring little care.

Photo and composition are not contractual.

Unlike a traditional vegetable garden, where you grow vegetables to store them over the winter, a perpetual vegetable garden allows you to harvest them according to the seasons and needs. These perennial vegetables remain in place and produce year after year.

This assortment is composed of:

  • Wild garlic
  • Good Henry Goosefoot
  • Wild arugula
  • Little burnet
  • Sorrel spinach

Growing tips:
In a perpetual vegetable garden, rotation isn't necessary. However, weeding remains essential to avoid competition between vegetables and weeds. Perpetual vegetables, with their powerful roots, prefer deep soil. To achieve this, it's advisable to aerate the soil and add well-rotted compost or an organic amendment.

Good to know:
Perennial vegetables are low in nutrients and water, making them economical and environmentally friendly.

In the event of a stock shortage, La Ferme de Sainte Marthe may consider replacing one of the references with an equivalent variety that is relevant to the theme.
