The long white eggplant is a medium-early , productive variety with long fruits measuring 16 to 18 cm, weighing approximately 180 to 200 g, and ivory white in colour. The flesh of the long white eggplant has a sweet, woody flavour. Maturity : 80-90 days.

How to successfully sow long white eggplant
