Roman chamomile is a very hardy aromatic perennial , famous for its calming and digestive properties, its ability to soothe joint pain , teething in children and many other properties. It is used in infusions . The fragrant white flowers in small pompons appear in July - August .
The foliage is finely cut and a pretty grey-green , giving off a scent reminiscent of balsamic or apple . This plant will reach 10 to 30 cm in height.
