Description
An old, late-ripening variety that produces a very large, pointed apple with dense leaves and a delicate, sweet flavor. Its shelf life is average.
Particularly well-known in Germany, this variety is suitable for making sauerkraut, cooking in stews, and can also be eaten raw in salads due to its mild flavor.
Sowing
Light sowing from March to May, in nurseries.
Planting
Replant from May to August, in a sunny location, 60 cm apart in all directions.
Harvest
Harvest from September to November.
