Description

The Red Rubine Brussels sprout is a late-ripening variety that produces red buds, making it unique and highly decorative. It also offers excellent taste.

Sowing

Sow from February to March under cover, and in April in a nursery.
Transplant when the plant has 4 leaves, in a sunny and sheltered location, 60 cm apart in all directions.

Harvest

Harvest from November to January.
