Description

Romanesco Natalino cauliflower is an ancient variety, native to Italy (near Rome, hence the origin of its name). This cauliflower resembles both broccoli and cauliflower, but it is particularly original thanks to the pyramidal shape of its head and its beautiful soft green inflorescences. Its geometric shape (called fractal) is very decorative. It has a delicate, mild, and sweet taste. It lends itself well to freezing and can be eaten raw in salads, or cooked in gratin or in juice.

Sowing

Sowing from March to June in nurseries.
Transplant in fertile, deep, fresh and humus-rich soil, in a sunny location, when the plant has 4 leaves, 70/80 cm apart in all directions.
