It is eaten raw or cooked.

How to successfully sow fennel

Sowing: Sow thinly in place in April/May in loose, rich, deep soil, in a sunny position, in rows 40 cm apart. Thin to 15 cm in the row.

Harvesting fennel

Harvest approximately 3 months after sowing.
