Finale Fennel is an early-maturing variety that is resistant to bolting. Sowing under cover is possible from February.
Finale fennel bulbs are a good size, dense, tender, and very fragrant. Enjoy them raw in salads, consommé, braised, etc.
How to successfully sow fennel
Sowing: Sow thinly in place in April/May in loose, rich, deep soil, in a sunny position, in rows 40 cm apart. Thin to 15 cm in the row.
Harvesting fennel
Harvest approximately 3 months after sowing.
