Description

Saint Antoine lettuce is an early variety that forms an open head, with deeply wavy, soft green leaves tinged with purple on the edge of the blade. The waves are medium deep and the leaves are medium-blistered. It is tender and crisp, offering excellent eating quality. It has an early bolting and flowering period.

Nutritional Benefits of Lettuce

An essential vegetable, rich in vitamins, potassium, magnesium, with remineralizing and refreshing properties, essential for a healthy and balanced diet.

How to successfully sow lettuce

Sow thinly in February or March in a nursery or under cover, and from April to August in open ground. Transplant when the plants have a few leaves, in a sunny position in fertile, humus-rich, fresh soil, 20 cm apart in all directions. Harvest approximately 2 months after sowing.
