Cranberry Ice Cream Sticks
Delicious and refreshing cranberry ice pops! Serves 4. Preparation: 20 min. Cooking: 2 min. Freezing: 5 h100 ml cranberry juice 40 g dried cranberries 1 tbsp sugar 1 sachet vanilla sugar 125 g frozen or fresh strawberries 4 popsicle moldsBring the cranberry juice to a boil with the cranberries, sugar and vanilla sugar. Pour the mixture into the blender jug, add the washed and hulled strawberries and blend until you get a fine purée.
