Ingredients: 1 large toad beetroot (approximately 250 g) - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise - 1 clove of garlic - 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley - 1 teaspoon (or more according to taste) of vinegar Preparation time: 5 minutes Mix the beetroot and garlic.
