Spring Sorrel Pesto
Spring sorrel pesto, original and delicious, sure to delight your guests. Mix: -150g of sorrel leaves from which you have removed the stem. -60g of parmesan, -60g of pine nuts lightly browned in the pan, -15cl of extra virgin olive oil, -1 clove of garlic, -a pinch of salt and pepper. Sorrel pesto is delicious with pasta, a salad and is also a wonderful pairing with salmon.
