Red cabbage and pomelo salad

Fresh and healthy red cabbage and pomelo salad. Ingredients: red cabbage, pieces of pomelo, dried cranberries, sesame seeds for the dressing: 1/2 garlic clove, one apple, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp flax/walnut oil, 1 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp olive oil Finely slice the red cabbage with a mandolin, cut pieces of pomelo (remove the white skin), add dried cranberries and black sesame seeds.
