Description

Tradimel blackcurrant is a mid-season variety known for its exceptional qualities in terms of yield and resistance. This variety is renowned for its rich aromatic characteristics and its robustness against powdery mildew, a common fungal disease in blackcurrant bushes.
It is distinguished by its vigorous and very productive bush, whose clusters are of medium size. The fruits are firm and not very sensitive to falling.
Tradimel adapts to a wide range of soils, provided that excess water is avoided. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded exposure, especially in hot regions. Particularly hardy and not very demanding in water, Tradimel can be grown successfully in most regions, a simple mulch being sufficient to make it self-sufficient.
Thanks to its characteristics, it is ideal for the production of jams, juices, and liqueurs.
