Variety with a large head and a full heart. Resists heat and drought. Blanches easily. Harvested in summer and autumn. They can be eaten raw in salads or cooked in gratin, in jus, or with béchamel sauce.
Sowing
From June to July in nurseries, transplant 30 cm apart in the row, in a sunny location.
Harvest
3 months after sowing, summer-autumn. Watering. They can be grown earlier in the season, but they bolt very quickly.
