- 25% Grumolo rossa di verona late
- 25% Rossa di Verona a palla
- 25% Palla rossa 3
- 20% Grumolo green squid
- 10% Grumolo bionda (salt. Monselice)
- 10% Improved Blonde
- 10% Zuccherina di Trieste
- 15% Variegata Castelfranco di Lusia

Successful Sowing of Chicory Mix
Sow directly in place from late June to August, in rows 40 cm apart. Thin to 20 cm.
Chicory Harvest
Cut in the fall or just after the first frost, when the apples are not too large.
