Description

The Chou Cabus Coeur de Boeuf Moyen from La Halle is a hardy, very early and productive variety. It produces a large, pointed head, developing quickly to reach 40 cm in height and 1.5 kg on average.
This early cabbage variety is known for its easy cultivation, making it ideal for harvesting from April to July. It is also suitable for freezing.

Sowing

Light sowing from February to April in nurseries.

Planting

Plant out in April in a sunny location, 50 cm apart in all directions.

Harvest

Harvest from June to July.
Sowing in August-September is possible, taking care to protect the plants during the winter.
