Description
Pointed cabbage develops a beautiful, rather loose, conical head of tender leaves with a mild, sweet flavor. Harvesting heads of about 2 kg is done after a 3-4 month cultivation period, and they can be used raw or cooked.
Sowing
Sow in light from March to April under cover, then outdoors in April.
Planting
Plant out in April in a sunny location, 50 cm apart in all directions.
Harvest
Harvest in September/October.
