Louviers Early Head Cabbage, also known as "Very Early Louviers," is an old, early-ripening variety. This variety has a large, pointed head weighing 1 to 2 kg. Its leaves are smooth, light green, and can be eaten cooked or raw.

Sowing in February under cover or in light from March to July, in a nursery.
Planting
Replant from May to August, in a sunny location, 60 cm apart in all directions.
Harvest
Harvest from July to November.
