Description
Rosny Brussels sprouts are a classic French variety, late-ripening, hardy, and productive. They can be harvested all winter long, on the vine, as needed.
This variety is particularly easy to grow and is highly valued for its firm, regularly arranged apples, which last a long time without splitting. It offers excellent taste and is recommended for freezing.
Sowing
Sow in March under cover, or from April to May in nurseries.
Transplant when the plant has 4 leaves, in a sunny and sheltered location, 60 cm apart in all directions.
Harvest
Harvest from October to March.
