Description
The Gros des Vertus 4 Savoy Cabbage is a hardy and productive variety. Late-ripening, it withstands the first frosts and allows for a late autumn harvest. It forms a large, tight, flattened head with blistered leaves. Its good storage life makes it an excellent choice for winter.
Summer and Autumn Cabbage
Light sowing from March to June, in nurseries.
Replant from May to August, in a sunny location, spacing the plants 60 cm apart in all directions.
Harvest from late July until December.
