Description
A vigorous, early-ripening variety of Dutch origin, it produces beautiful white apples in 120 to 130 days, in autumn and early winter. It can overwinter if protected from frost. Its name comes from its characteristic white flowers (usually yellow).
Sowing
Sowing in May in a nursery.
Transplant in place when the plant has 4 leaves, 70/80 cm in all directions, from June to July.
Harvest
Harvest from September to November.
