Description
A traditional late-ripening variety that produces a dense, white, very fine-grained apple weighing approximately 1.5 kg. It is cold-resistant (-5°C) and can be frozen. This variety can be stored for several days after picking. It can be eaten cooked or raw in vinaigrette, baked in a gratin, or in its own juice.
