A late-ripening variety from Italy, it produces beautiful light green apples tending towards yellow, weighing around 800g to 1kg. Prized for its fine grain, delicate flavor, and golden color that remains when cooked. Ideal for harvesting in late fall and early winter.
Sowing
Sowing from April to June in nurseries.
Transplant in fertile, deep, fresh and humus-rich soil, in a sunny location, when the plant has 4 leaves, 70/80 cm apart in all directions.
Planting from July to August.
Harvest
Harvest from November to December.
Cycle of 120 to 150 days after planting.
