Description
Edible Chrysanthemum is a vegetable plant. Its young flowers are eaten in salads and add flavor to dishes. The leaves are eaten stir-fried in a wok. Sowing: in place, in April/May in a sunny location in well-fertilized soil. Thin out to 15/20 cm in the row. Flowering from July to September.
