Description

The cochlearia officinalis is a perennial native to China . About 10 to 25 cm tall, this condiment has a multitude of evergreen , round and fleshy leaves.
Rich in vitamin C and with a powerful flavor reminiscent of garlic and horseradish , it is used like chives .

Successful Cochlear Seeding

Sow directly in place from June to August in pots or in open ground.
