GERMINATION CUP
When in contact with water, the seeds of basil, rocket, watercress, flax, yellow and white mustard, chia, perilla, purslane or camelina develop a gelatinous substance: mucilage. This mucilage makes them incompatible with germination in a classic germinator, and requires the use of a germination dish. You get beautiful vertical shoots, very green and very crunchy. White enameled stoneware dish. Polypropylene germination grid. Phthalate and BPA free. How to use it? Do not overload the grid with seeds, because they will increase in volume (2 to 4 times). In most cases, a teaspoon of seeds is enough. Cut the roots before consuming your shoots.
