Garden cress is rich in vitamins and zinc. It can be eaten in salads, cooked like spinach, or in soups. Its flavor is reminiscent of watercress, but more piquant.
Sowing
Sow thinly, in place from March to August, in rows 30 cm apart. Cover with 4 mm of soil. Keep the soil fairly moist. Thin out to 15/20 cm.
