Mexican tarragon is a hardy variety, more suited to warm climates than common tarragon . It is a very fragrant variety.
Harvest as needed, 12 months after sowing . Before winter, it is best to cut all stems a few centimeters from the ground and mulch . As soon as the good weather returns, uncover to let them grow. Note that pinching the flower stems as soon as they appear limits the exhaustion of the plant and therefore encourages the production of tender and tasty young shoots.
Can be grown in pots .
