This perennial, which particularly appreciates warmth, is very easy to sow and maintain. Resilient, it requires very little water and tolerates temperatures below 20°C. It will thrive perfectly in sandy or even stony soils.

Exposed to the sun, bronze fennel will reveal its light yellow flowers during the summer. You can enjoy its bronze foliage and sweet aniseed scent for a good part of the year.

Harvest

Harvest from June to October. To avoid being invaded, remember to cut the umbels before the seeds are ripe and use them in cooking to flavor your dishes.
