THE WATER AGE
We are in France, the water has risen and there will be no receding. Faced with this new phenomenon, many populations are displaced and survive as best they can on the land or learn to float. Large cities, like large industrial centers, are, for their part, systematically surrounded by dikes and subject to health standards. Faced with the potential insalubrity of these lifestyles outside the dikes and the danger they represent, the authorities invite these populations to come and join the emergency accommodation centers built on a mass production line as quickly as possible, under penalty of losing some of their citizen rights.
