Red Salad Bowl lettuce produces oak-like leaves that are deeply indented, wide, thin, flavorful, and beautifully colored. It is very productive and heat-tolerant, and can be harvested year-round. The leaves growing around the main axis are cut back, and the leaves will regrow.
