Saint Vincent lettuce is a spring, summer, and fall variety that does not form a head. It produces broad, golden leaves with red spots around the central axis. The leaves growing around the main axis are cut and regrow. They can be cut up to three times. This variety is renowned for its excellent flavor.

Sowing: in place from March to June, in rows 20 cm apart. Thin out by harvesting the young plants.
