Pierre Bénite's Batavia lettuce is a summer and fall variety that forms a very large, firm, and full head. Its leaves, with finely wavy and serrated edges, are blistered, tender, and crisp. They offer a mild, nutty flavor. This variety is vigorous and resistant to bolting.
Lettuce is an essential vegetable, rich in vitamins, potassium, magnesium, with remineralizing and refreshing properties, ideal for a healthy and balanced diet.
