Description

Luyeyoumai lettuce is a very popular variety from China, with long, deeply indented, green leaves. It is crisp, fragrant, and of excellent taste.

Celtuce lettuce is grown for its crisp, lanceolate leaves. It is usually eaten cooked, but can also be eaten raw in salads.

This variety is productive, resistant to cold and heat, and suitable for spring and fall cultivation. Asparagus lettuce is grown for its fleshy, crisp stem, and the stem is eaten cooked. Its leaves are not generally eaten due to its advanced growth.
