An old French variety, it forms a small, dense apple early, with smooth, glossy green foliage. It combines productivity, good flavor and good cold resistance, making it ideal for harvesting from early spring.

Sowing and cultivation

Sowing : August-September. Transplant before winter, when the plants have a few leaves, in a sunny position in fertile, humus-rich and fresh soil, spaced 20 cm apart in all directions.

Harvest : from March to May.
