LADYBUG LARVAE FOR LOW PLANTS
Choice of 20 adults or 80 larvae or 100 eggs of two-spotted ladybugs (Adalia bipunctata) against aphids on trees and shrubs. The ladybug has always been well known for being the gardener's friend. The ladybug feeds mainly on aphids of all kinds (up to 100 per day). It is very voracious, especially at the larval stage. It must therefore be used when the aphids are already there, otherwise the larvae will run out of food and will not survive. Note: aphids and ants are real friends: Who says aphids says ants. Indeed, aphids suck the sap of plants and secrete honeydew, which ants are very fond of. They therefore protect this pantry by attacking the ladybugs. It is therefore recommended to eliminate the ants before installing the ladybug larvae. The easiest way is to set up glue barriers.
