Red Giant Mustard produces large, lettuce-like leaves that are purplish-red with white veins and slightly blistered.
Harvested at the young shoot stage, the leaves are tender and tasty, with a slight spicy mustard taste.
They can also be eaten as a vegetable or condiment, particularly in pickle-type preparations.

Harvest
Harvest from May to June. A second sowing is possible in September for harvest in October-November.
