Description
The green chard with white card 2 is a classic variety with dark green foliage and a cold-resistant white card.
Cardoons are delicious cooked in butter, cream, with meat juice, or in a gratin.
The leaves are used in soups or like spinach.
It produces multiple harvests. Simply cut the leaves and water them for them to grow back.
