How to successfully sow cultivated arugula
Sowing: from March to September, directly in place, in rows spaced 25 to 30 cm apart.
Lightly cover the seeds and water. Thin to 7/8 cm in the row.
Cultivation of cultivated arugula
Remove flowers as soon as they appear to encourage new leaf growth.
Water your arugula plants regularly to keep the leaves tender and mellow their flavor.
Cultivated arugula appreciates moderate temperature and humidity.
Harvest
Harvest about a month after sowing, as needed, preferably in the morning.
