A fast-growing vegetable. Giant winter spinach is very rich in vitamin C. It is a very valuable winter vegetable that can be eaten cooked in cream, in juice, or in pies.
Growing Tips
In cultivation, it gets along well with beans and chicory.
Harvest and consume as needed.
