Description

Very easy to set up and grow! Seeds are pre-spaced to allow for ideal plant development.
An old variety with a bright yellow root and sweet, firm flesh of excellent quality and very fragrant. Raw, the young roots are used grated in vinaigrette, cooked in soup, stew, or gratin. Very rich in copper, iron, phosphorus, iodine, potassium, magnesium, zinc, and sulfur.

Culture Tips

Water regularly in summer to prevent it from going to seed and developing a strong taste. Regular watering of the leaves will keep flea beetles away.
Harvest and consume as needed.

3 meter ribbon. Seeds spaced 2 cm apart.
